Mr. Kalinoski graduated from Western Illinois University in 1982 and worked as an insurance adjuster and golf professional before entering law school. He received his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in 1992. He is Board Certified in workers’ compensation law. He lectures regularly on various insurance related topics throughout the state. His cases have been featured on such shows as Good Morning America, Inside Edition, and other major news networks. Mr. Kalinoski is a member of the Florida, Illinois and District of Columbia Bars. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern Illinois District and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and is a former member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America.
