Mr. Lowe received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. While in Law School, Mr. Lowe was awarded the Trial Practice Book Award as the Most Outstanding Trial Practice Student in his class. He specializes in workers compensation and general litigation. He has been rated the highest possible AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell reflecting an exceptional level of professional ability and ethical standards. Numerous Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies have entrusted him to represent them in Florida Courts. Mr. Lowe has been invited to lecture on the subjects of employment law, workers compensation, risk management, and trial strategy. As a Certified Florida Department of Insurance Instructor, he has authored and taught hundreds of hours of continuing education courses for Adjusters and Insurance professionals. Mr. Lowe is actively involved in many religious and charitable organizations having spent considerable time in South American missions where he has become fluent in Spanish.
