Mr. Noah received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1990, where he was selected as an editorial board member of the Stetson Law Review. He participated in the Mock Trial Program, winning two national competitions and a state competition as well as earning other awards for trial practice. Mr. Noah is published in the Stetson Law Review, and has given various presentations on the Americans with Disabilities Act, Sexual harassment, and other employment related issues. He is admitted to each of the Federal District Courts within the State of Florida and routinely practices before them as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Society of Human Resource Management. He is past president of the Board of Directors of the Center for Independent Living in Central Florida, Inc., and currently performs volunteer work for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. He concentrates his practice on employment practices defense and public entity defense.
