Mr. Wilkinson graduated from the University of Iowa in 1985 and received his Juris Doctor from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1989. Between college and law school he was involved in significant marketing campaigns for large consumer product manufacturers. Since law school graduation he has practiced in the areas of Amusement and Recreation Law, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Automobile Negligence, Insurance Litigation, Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, ASTM International, International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association (IALDA), and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and Colorado as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Distict Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Supreme Court.
