Mr. Conner, a central Florida Native, received his Bachelor degree from the University of Florida in 1995 and a Masters degree from the University of Central Florida in 1999. In 2003, he received a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Florida Law Review. Mr. Conner is admitted to practice in all Florida Trial and Appellate Courts, the United States District Courts of the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Municipal Attorneys Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and is a voting member of ASTM Subcommittee F24. Mr. Conner concentrates his practice in governmental and law enforcement liability defense, amusement park defense and general liability insurance defense.
