An Orlando native, Mr. Robinson graduated with Honors from the University of Central Florida in 1978 and received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 1982. He is a civil trial lawyer rated AV by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory with extensive trial experience. His emphasis is on rental car company defense, insurance defense, personal injury, health insurance including ERISA, as well as corporate and probate. He has handled civil litigation in all twenty circuits across Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar Association (including Trial Lawyers and Health Insurance sections) the American Bar Association (including the Tort and Insurance Practice section), the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
