Mr. Flood is an AV rated attorney who received his Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in 1979 and Juris Doctor degree in 1982 from Florida State University where he was a member of the Law Review. He served as an Assistant State Attorney in Seminole County for three years. Mr. Flood specializes in civil rights law, governmental liability, products liability and has lectured in the area of governmental civil rights, state tort liability, and insurance bad faith. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Claims Court and all Florida Trial and Appellate courts. Mr. Flood is a member of the Florida Bar, the Defense Research Institute, the Florida Defense Lawyers’ Association and the Seminole and Orange County Bar Associations.
